The modem/router issued for your use is G&T property and is provided on loan for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Payment and Billing

Stopping payment does not constitute cancellation.

You will continue to be billed for the service until a formal cancellation request is received and the 30-day notice period has passed.

Failure to pay does not absolve you of outstanding balances.

G&T reserves the right to pursue collection or legal action to recover unpaid charges.

Disconnection for Non-Payment

Non-payment after the due date will result in service disconnection after a one (1) day grace period.
