PART 1: G&T Wired Services – Terms and Conditions Regarding Cancellation of Service
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the wired services provided by G&T Internet Services (“G&T,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subscription or continued use of the Service constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms, even in the absence of a signed physical contract.

2. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement governs the provision and use of services ("Service") provided by G&T to residential subscribers at Condominiums (“Property”),
either as Unit Owners or authorized Renters.
3. Term and Termination
• This Agreement begins on the activation date of the Service and shall remain in force for a minimum fixed term of six (6) months (“Lock-In
Period”).
• The Subscriber agrees to maintain the Service for the full duration of the six (6) month Lock-In Period.
• Early Termination: If the Subscriber cancels, disconnects, or otherwise terminates the Service before the
expiration of the Lock-In Period, the Subscriber shall be liable to pay an Early Termination Fee equivalent to
the total monthly service fees for all remaining months of the unexpired Lock-In Period. This amount shall
become immediately due and payable upon termination.
• A minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required to cancel the Service.
• Upon completion of the six (6) month Lock-In Period, this Agreement shall automatically continue on a
month-to-month basis, unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.
4. Subscription and Fees
The Service may be subscribed to by either:
o a. The registered Unit Owner of a residential unit, or
o b. An authorized Renter with presumed consent of the Unit Owner.
• The Owner remains informed and ultimately responsible for services tied to their unit.
• Installation Fee of 1,299.00 payment is required on the date of installation AND a refundable Device Deposit of 700.00
(refundable upon service termination, subject to equipment return conditions).
5. Subscriber Responsibilities and Liabilities, Installation Access & Owner Permissions
Installation Access & Owner Permissions:
• The Subscriber ensures that the Unit Owner provides the necessary permission for G&T to:
o Access common areas such as Electrical/Equipment (EE) rooms for installation, maintenance, or repair.
o Conduct minor construction works within the unit (e.g., drilling holes for fiber optic drop cable installation).
• The Unit Owner, by signing this contract or giving consent, agrees to these standard installation and service procedures and waives any
objections related to property alterations necessary for service delivery.
Subscriber Responsibilities:
• The Subscriber is RESPONSIBLE for:
o Monthly service fees, Proper use and return of issued equipment, Providing timely notice for cancellation or service transfer
• If a Renter vacates the unit without formal disconnection, the Owner becomes liable for ongoing charges until the Provider receives formal
disconnection notice.
• All outstanding balances are tied to the unit and must be settled before reconnection or account transfer.
6. Equipment Policy
• A modem/router is provided on loan and remains G&T property.
• Equipment must be returned in good working condition within 10 business days of service termination.
• Failure to return equipment may result in a replacement or penalty fee.
• Device Deposit Fee will be refunded to tenant/subscriber upon return of a working, non-damaged device with all accessories, subject to
deduction of any unpaid balances or damages.
7. Cancellation of Service• Cancellation must be submitted by email to admin@gntwired.com and include:
Full Name, Unit Number, Contact Number, Email Address, Intended Date of Cancellation, Agent Name (if applicable)
• Notice must be sent at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended cancellation date.
• If cancellation is requested during the six (6) month Lock-In Period, the Early Termination Fee stated in Section 3 shall apply in addition to any
outstanding balances.
• Service will end at the end of the next full billing cycle following the notice period.
o Example: A cancellation submitted on May 15 will result in final billing for June, with service ending June 15. Payment for the billing on June 15 in
advance is required.
• Stopping payment does not constitute cancellation and may result in continued billing, application of Early Termination Fees (if applicable), and
collection or legal action.
8. Billing and Payment
• Billing occurs monthly and is due on the date stated on your invoice.
• Non-payment will result in service suspension and may lead to collection or legal recovery.
• Outstanding balances are associated with the unit and must be paid before reconnection or account change.
9. Data Privacy Consent (RA 10173)
In accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, I hereby freely,
voluntarily, and knowingly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and retention of my personal data by G&T for legitimate purposes
related to:
• Service application, installation, and activation
• Account management and customer support
• Billing, payment processing, and collection
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
Personal data collected may include, but is not limited to, my name, address, contact details, email address, unit information, and related service
records.
I further acknowledge and agree that:
• My personal data shall not be sold or disclosed to third parties except:with my consent;as required by law or lawful order; or to authorized
service providers solely for purposes directly related to service delivery and support.
• I am aware of my rights as a data subject, including the right to: be informed; access and correct my personal data; object to processing; and
request deletion or blocking of my data, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
• Requests relating to personal data may be submitted to admin@gntwired.com and will be addressed within a reasonable time in accordance with
law.
Affirmation Regarding Unit Owner Information
Where I am subscribing as a Renter or non-owner occupant, I expressly affirm that:
• The Unit Owner’s name and identifying information provided are accurate and disclosed solely for legitimate service-related purposes; and
• I have informed the Unit Owner that such information may be processed by G&T in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
10. Changes to Terms
• G&T reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement and any included Terms and Conditions with 30 days' notice.
• Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Governing Law
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction where the Property is located.
12. Acknowledgment Declaration
I, the undersigned Subscriber, hereby declare that:
All information I have provided in connection with this Subscriber Contract is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
Where I am not the Unit Owner, I affirm that I am authorized to apply for the Service for the identified unit and that the Unit Owner’s name and
details have been provided truthfully.
I understand that the Service is installed and provided based on the information supplied, and that providing false or misleading information or
improper use may result in service delay, suspension, or termination in accordance with the Agreement.
By signing below or by activating and using the Service, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement and the
attached Terms and Conditions.
